The Proposal of Kevin Massey and Kara Lindsay
June 1, 2012 was the Date, Sunset Rock in the NY Catskill mountains was the place,
It was a surpise to Kara, but Patrick and his girlfriend Amanda were in on the surpise and were there to document the event.
The met on stage where they fell in love and married once a day for
almost two years as they played Laura and Almoonzo in the musical Little House on the Prarie. That love moved off stage into the real life of Kevin and Kara.
Kara grew up in Rochester NY and is currently the lead female in the hit Broadway musical Newsies. Kevin is also in the 2010 Tony awarded Best Musical; Memphis,
where he is in the ensemble daily, but as understudy, often goes on as
the lead male role of Huey. We all could not br more proud of
these two in their professional roles and in the private lives as
future husband and wife. Wedding date to be announced later. The are on
stage 7 days a week, but do not have the same day off which makes it
difficult to find a time and place to officially tie the knot
