In part 2 of this assignment, you were asked to list specific challenges and potential solutions facing Sofa-So-Good. In part 3, you are to write a change management plan for this organization, preferably in memo form. This plan must have concrete, specific suggestions that the organization can implement.

You will use WebBoard to discuss with the students in both of the Mgmt 386 classes what could be in this plan. You will conduct this discussion during the week of October 30 - November 3. During this week, each person must make at least three postings to WebBoard -- at least one new post and two reply posts. These three posts must not be made on the same day.

Once the discussion week is over, each individual must write his or her own change management plan for Sofa-So-Good. Any of the ideas posted to WebBoard by other students can (and should) be used. Each student should feel free to take any ideas from any other students, reword the idea to fit into the memo, and cite the person who made the idea.

Parts 1, 2, and 3 of this assignment must be stapled together and submitted no later than Wednesday, November 8th.
