Locate an organization in an article (from a printed or online journal) that would use a database. Design a prototype of a database application for them.

The assignment you submit will contain the following sections. Label each section!

1) Name and description of organization.

2) Description of the database application you envision for them.

3) List of filenames (data and report) with a short description of what is in each file.

4) Printout of the data files. (Create at least two data files in your database.)

5) Printout of the report files. (Create at least three report files in your database.)
