Case Segment #3

 

Now that Cassie is up and running, she needs to get the word out to let potential customers know she is there. 

 

Devise a marketing plan for her.  Who are her customers?  In what ways, can she reach those customers?  List and explain each of your recommendations.  Be sure to include the strengths and limitations of each one.

 

Recall from the discussion of case segment #1 that the franchise has already done the demographic research for her.  And, as part of the agreement, the franchise also sent out direct mailings to potential customers in a five zip code area.  It is up to her to do the rest.
