Programming Project:
1. Design and implement a complete GUI application that simulates a traffic light, as outlined in class. This project must be based on a TrafficLight class that you design to model the state and behavior of the light. You will need to include a graphical representation that displays the lights for both directions simultaneously. You must also provide suitable manual controls that can turn indvidual lights on or off. But note that changes to a specific light must also cause changes to other lights.
