Your assignment is simple: build a robot to compete in the Robocode robot battles. Begin by visiting the the IBM alphaworks site, everything that you need to get started is there. As you work on this assignment, you will exercise the concepts discussed in Chapter 10. All robots submitted will compete in a battle and your standing in that battle will be reflected in your grade.
You must use comments to document the original aspects of your robot design, and these comments must explain the purpose of the code that you added. In other words, it is fine to use the code in the starting template and to barrow code from other robots, but your robot must contain some original code and that code must be identified and its purpose explained with comments.
