      4. outcome -- what happened in the "end"
      5. mistakes the company made -- list of actions that caused the project to fail

    • If you are having problems requesting your web space, campus I.T. provides the following advice:
      Students need to login with their username and password, which should be the same ones they use to check their email. If they don't know their password, they can reset it by visiting this site. (This is a "secure" site which will work only from the on-campus network.)
