Raspberry Pi is *not* running ssh
   Connect up video, keyboard, and mouse
   Also can add Ethernet cable (May take a while to deploy switches)
   
Start up
   https://www.raspberrypi.org/documentation/linux/usage/users.md
   login as pi with password raspberry
   run raspi-config
      may need to configure keyboard first...
      change password to ********
      enable ssh
      reboot
