Tasks
- Add some structure and class to the code from last week. You will need to get a speaker.
- After taking a look at the Arduino lessons on
LEDs
and switches, wire up a breadboard with a switch and three LEDs (red, yellow, and green. Use a resistor network rather than three separate resistors.
After you get the stoplight looking reasonable, turn your
switch into a “fire engine” override which causes your lights
to blink red and yellow.
- Take a look at the
Arduino reference on port registers and try to figure out how to write your program without
calls to
pinMode()
, digitalRead()
,
and digitalWrite()
. This requires some serious bit twiddling.
- See if you can read temerature with a
TMP 35 (if that is really what we have)
