This lab will give you some practice in removing the red lines from your Java code.
Download TestCalls.zip, a ZIP file containing a NetBeans project named TestCalls and unZIP this project into your csci/201 directory. Go to your Projects panel and take a look at all those files in this lab. In addition to Main.java, there are thirty-six files with names like MyClassN.java.
Go ahead and try to build the project. You won't get far.
Every one of those thirty-six classes has at least one compile-time error. Most of these are minor. Your assignment is to fix all of those boo-boos.
Don't even think about just removing everything
except for the return
statement
from all these FixMe
methods.
Look at the code, understand the error, and fix it.
When the red is gone, show your work to the lab instructor.
