Problem 1 and 2

In Homework 10 you drew a state diagram for the text's Problem 8.17(a). Implement this state diagram in both of the following ways:

1. Write a VHDL program to implement the state machine. Do now worry about the details of VHDL syntax. Just try to modify the example on page 399.
2. Draw a gate-level circuit to implement the function using the flip-flops of your choice.
