Read the section on " Inline Images" of A Beginner's Guide to HTML. Use the scanner in Robinson 006 to scan a physical image related to the topic you chose in section 4 and add it to your page stored at http://www.cs.unca.edu/~yourid/links173.html.
You will need to use FTP to transfer your scanned image into the Computer Science Unix computers.
