Contact Us List of Outfitter/Guides: Hiking/Backpacking/Mountain biking These professional outfitters and guides make it easy to try out new forest adventures. All the outfitter/guides listed here hold a Forest Service permit to operate on national forest land. Permits ensure standards of service and safety, as well as help control overuse and avoid conflicts between users. This is a complete list of all providers offering hiking, backpacking and mountain biking services. If you hold a permit with the National Forests in North Carolina and would like your business included, contact us with your information and we can add your company.
