Some of the pdf files are quite large and will take a long time to view online if you are connected to the internet with a telephone modem. Instead of clicking on the file name to open within Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator, first right click on the pdf file name and choose "save target as" or "save link as" and download the file to your computer. Make sure the file name includes .pdf at the end. Then you should be able to view and print the pdf file directly from your computer. (Once downloaded, some bookmarks within the PDF's may not work unless all of the linked pdf files are downloaded and placed in same folder on your computer.)
